Who Would Have Thought?

Sarah and I swung by the BMW dealership since I’m contemplating a mini-Cooper.
What’s astonishing is that we were basically TOTALLY ignored, even though I was pretty direct about being ready, willing, and able to buy.
Are things really going THAT well for the folks at San Francisco BMW?  [It may be that we were accidentally talking to a receptionist type, but she was mostly entirely unhelpful about connecting us with a “real” salesperson.]
But honestly, who would have thought that the problem at a car dealership would be the utter lack of pressure/attentiveness of the staff for a willing customer?
Anyway, Sarah, Belle, and I managed to squeeze in a condensed beach walk before I headed to Bikram, and then dinner with Susan.
Even though we live 100 feet apart and have been texting and emailing constantly, I feel our last meal together was … a full week ago –– which is CRAZY long.
In any case, I must keep this short because I am teaching tomorrow at 6am (I’m not kidding) and then I have a MAJOR day planned restructuring my entire financial and business filing system.
Honestly, it’s going to change EVERYTHING.
