Variations On A Theme

Today I took my jump rope practice to a whole new level:  no longer 1 minute on and 1 minute off, I began doing 2 minutes on and 1 off.  (I still jumped for a total of 12 minutes, but split up differently it was somehow even more intense and more playful.)
I experienced this greater freedom and experimentation, partially inspired by this video (which has the WORST music of anything I’ve ever heard in my entire life –– DEFINITELY view it with the sound OFF).
Nonetheless, I do love all his great variations and the fact that he doesn’t say anything, but just has them listed neatly on the side.

At Bikram I ran into my realtor (to be) Jenny and was so dazed I didn’t even recognize her after the class for several second until my brain cooled a few degrees.
Tomorrow, Cody wants to come with me after we do the second photo shoot for the ab project (post “Before” and yet not quite “After”) and I think that will really be fun.  I’ve tried to prepare him adequately but it’s definitely going to be an … experience for him.
A big chunk of the day was spent brainstorming cash injection strategies while I’m awaiting my producer’s comments.  Again, NOT working on the script feels so foreign to me, that I have some form of withdrawal (or maybe it’s just combat fatigue.)
But again, this consistent feeling of elation and exhaustion may just be the result of 2 intense workouts a day, awaiting my producer’s comments, and drink 90 liters of water!
