Tales from the Creative Sweatshop

So the rest of the world is entirely on vacation, however, for us …
Woke and began conferencing with my web guy about some site restructuring.
Then I realized my 1 pm client call was really at 10 am.
Finished just in time to head to the Apple Store where I was relieved to learn my problem with Itunes and matching was not self-inflicted or imaginary but real –– and solved while multi-tasking further notes to my web guy.
Necessary lunch at Cafe Gratitude in Berkeley.
Home in time to buy all the stretching supplies for four canvases and catch the 4:40 of JACK REACHER which I loved. [Totally diverting.]
Home for dinner and stretching of 3 of the 4 canvases –– one of the bars is defective –- and sorting through all the viable drawings for the show and catalog.
Then watched LOOPER and found miracle re-parking for Belle’s final walk.
All of this takes us to 1 am, where I can finally finish this blog and drift off to sleep.
Why does Adrian come visit, when all I do is draft him into labor in the Creative Sweatshop?
It’s a mystery for the ages.
