Today began my official Quantum Breakthrough plan and … it worked within five minutes.
Well, technically, after I finished all my morning alignment work I checked my email and found that my producer really loved the script, which is ecstatically GREAT news. In fact, I can coast on that for a few days.
Great client call and then off to help Val and Clark move to their new temporary housing which is just down the steps from us on Telegraph Hill.
What this means is that the view is spectacular and that there are about 100+ steps to their house –– which is roughly like walking up and down four flights to help a friend move.
Thank God this was a mini-move (no pianos or sofas), but still … about a dozen trips up and down exhausted even Belle.
Awesome client call afterwards, followed by regrouping for Jonah’s filmmaking class (again, he’s 8), where they showed their ZOMBIES IN SAN FRANCISCO film.
And now, I’ve returned home, happily exercised and professionally exhilarated to turn on last night’s episode of CASTLE –– I like watching shows about bestselling authors who also solve mysteries to see how directly they parallel Susan and my life ––called “Undead Again,” also focusing on the Zombie threat.
Weirdly, I once cast a really terrific young actor in a project who has gone on to found a fitness/adventure company that actually offers ZOMBIE HUNTER training –– I’m not kidding; just check out the link –– and I’ve always been eager to try his survivalist retreats.
Maybe it’s the universe telling me something …
(I’m just not sure what)
