Loved this documentary about Andrew Salgado so much I watched it twice on Sunday.
Thoroughly recommended as a way into one artist’s creative life.
To my horror though, in articles last year his work was selling for $2-3,000…but when I see close-ups of the sale we’re in the $15-20,000 range.
Gotta make some sales ASAP if I want to commission a portrait before he’s in the Picasso price range!
