People often don’t get this, but the truth is that when you go to Myheritage.com and do the whole celebrity look-alike thing, the woman I look most like is Kate Moss (the guys range from the young Brando to Nehru).
In fact, Kate and I are nearly identical in terms of facial structure (weirdly, it’s kinda true.)
And yes, I get that while I am a strong Polish man and she is a pale, British waif and we are not often confused on the street, the computer reveals that the algorithms of our features are astonishingly similar.
Far more importantly, on a spiritual level, Kate Moss has always embodied for me the “Never Complain, Never Explain” attitude that I have thus far consistently failed to maintain in my own life.
Meaning, I pretty much complain CONSTANTLY and I am tempted to over-explain even more.
I was reminded of her today with a colleague’s posting in the Face Place –- my advice was “there’s no need to explain canceling a retreat to your mailing list” –– and also in several VERY successful negotiations for third party deals. Stop complaining….Stop explaining!
Life is so much better when I do that!
Thank you, Kate for that reminder.
And like you, I hope some day to be able to fly …. [By the way, this is SO UNBELIEVABLY GORGEOUS you owe it to yourself to make it full screen, watch it in HD, and load it completely and then just be moved –– promise me you will, although I trust you.]

Unbelievably gorgeous! And even more poignant to see it here on your blog than it was when I saw it in NYC at the McQueen exhibit summer 2011… You and Kate could be brother and sister, my dear — and I’d rather hang out with you any day. xoxo
