When it comes to celebrating New Year’s Eve, I’m extremely flexible. I’ve gone to my share of loud hipster gatherings with strangers…. And I’ve taught vibe-y wellness workshops that involved Letting Go Fire Ceremonies at midnight. I’ve co-hosted large black-tie parties… And more often than not, I’ve been asleep by 10pm, cuddled up with my chocolate lab Belle and Netflix. (Just FYI: Belle is much more into holidays than I am. Here she is celebrating Thanksgiving in Connecticut with her friend and personal celebrity stylist Cha Cha Lopez.) |
However you want to celebrate the ending of one year and the beginning of another, I totally support your choice. I do have a 2020 gift for you, though. If you’re someone like me who has… • A mild addiction to blank notebooks • A compulsion to write lists• And an unabashed fondness for inspirational quotes … I created a year-long journal just for you. Each day has • A quote to inspire• Space to list three things you’re grateful for• And more space to list your intention for the day. You can even write directly into the PDF if you want. It’s simple. It’s free. And you can download it HERE as my gift. * * * However you choose to celebrate (or not)… Whether you choose to journal (or not)… I’m wishing you a 2020 that’s RICH WITH PURPOSE (that’s the Journal’s theme, inspired by my DailyOM course). Namaste for Now, Edward … P.S. Next week, a new Meditation of the Month. And every Monday 3pm NYC time, a Facebook Live HERE to connect. |
