I awoke at 5 am and plunged into work, taking a short nap from 7:30 to 8:30 and then realized that nothing was more important than getting Belle to the beach for a swim.
I listened to the latest Simone Dinnerstein recording as we walked, which went a long way towards dealing with our stick CRISIS. Somehow the surplus of sticks has been depleted with various beach trips and shifting trunk contents via airport rides. In other words, there were moments were I was basically tossing twigs into the ocean but Belle was joyfully retrieving them anyway.
So many work things before the telecall today, and then off to Bikram, and even more emails. [For those who think my life is one long beach walk and series of glamorous dinners, please note that my day did start at five am and it’s now 10pm, so that’s 17 hours — and even minus 2 naps and 1 beachwalk and a yoga class (which sorta counts as work, frankly) … it’s a still lot of time “on the clock.”]
Speaking of glamorous, my Producer called from the airport before boarding –– she’s off to London for a family vacation and then one of the Marvel movies she’s cast is filming there –– and we chatted about where she was with #1 movie star in the world’s agent etc. Honestly, NO ONE is more down-to-earth and yet more glamorous than SF, and somehow only 3 hours later did I realize that what she was saying is that the script is now entirely Movie-Star Ready.
And now –- with a little stamina and a refill of Cava –– I’m hoping to finish the Tele-Call Replay email before a little more EFT Tapping and then bed.
