Insanely moody day. From creative elation to tragic “when will anything ever work out for me?” moments.
The day begins well: Drafted children’s book in the morning that I love love love.
Emailed to LLS (always the first reader) who expressed great enthusiasm as well.
Doing some slight revisions but think I have found the PERFECT illustrator. Will reveal and share that once we have exchanged a few more emails about our visions, but I think it’s going to be a GENIUS collaboration.
Somehow, got wildly thrown off course while listening to Bashar — everyone’s favorite channeled alien from the future (that’s why you know you’re getting the best information) — or perhaps it was merely the full moon…?
Met Elka, a 15 year-old lab, and her owner last night while walking Belle. 15! It was just so inspiring to think I will have another decade of Beach Swims with Belle to look forward to, the answer to almost any terrible mood.
(FYI, S and I firmly believe the answer to almost any other life problem — including a bad mood — is “luxury.” Seriously, “luxury” solves pretty much makes EVERYTHING much better and quickly, too.)
Here is the photo at the street corner last night of said full moon — although it very well may have been Bashar’s craft sweeping down for a view.
Honestly, I just can’t say.
