Susan sent a nice positive email about the Eclipse and Transit (or whatever) but then I inadvertently opened one from a Vedic astrologer in the morning that had the predicable warnings about bad news ahead. IE, NOT a great start to the day.
Part of the eclipse madness involved Four Square still withholding all my needed funds. Tonight, I finally cancelled that payment and asked my fantastic client to resubmit through Paypal –– this will cause a mini delay, versus the nearly infinite one that Four Square was planning. [Hundreds of Better Business Bureau complaints about them for sums over 1,000 … really fascinating and creepy.]
Throughout the day I was definitely feeling my Extreme Emoting Gate via Human Design.
Things are moving forward spectacularly on almost every level –– including a new jump roping record of 24 minutes total in 6 four minute sets –– but because a needed payment is delayed, my default is to conclude that my world is plunging into an endless abyss.
Anyway, I can’t decide whether the hottest Bikram class I’ve ever had helped or hurt — no wait, it definitely helped –– although a new teacher seemed unaware that opening the doors and windows for a brief respite was pretty necessary, especially when the temperature went up to 116.2 and 27 % humidity (I know this because in the back row I can see the thermometer.)
[I was also sandwiched between a wonderful teacher friend who I think is terrific and this odd dude who either has severe ADD or is on coke or has some terrible injury which allows him to only hold the 10 second postures for 3 seconds –– basically until he loses interest. My hunch is it’s definitely more of a moral failing than a physical impediment.]
I returned home to find that my email had once again gone quite mad –– as it did during the Mercury Retrograde period –– and that all emails needed to be reloaded and that 9,000+ were marked as “New” even though I had read them. I’m not kidding. I waited for them all to load until my computer beeped “You have 9,724 new emails.”
Also, my Spam Filter for the blog is very proud of itself –– “Askimet has blocked 800 Spam Comments!” –– but today for the first time in months it let 13 through for me to evaluate. Weird, right?
Distracting myself with some diversionary hulu and netflix but so excited that tomorrow is indeed another day –– and that I have a book signing + my car will be ready + I am free of the Four Square stranglehold on my finances.
Praise the Lord.
And can I share that I passed this on the way to my walk with Bikram. Nice when a little trompe l’oeil can bring a smile.
