That is one of my favorite lines from the episode of THE BIG VALLEY –– the first season finale –– where super-beautiful Audra (a pre-Dynasty Linda Evans) –– has to have her appendix removed on a train.
I may or may not weave part of this into my newsletter this month, but I’ve always remembered watching the episode and can’t wait to see it again.
[The gist –– the helpful surgeon on the train is wanted for crimes committed decades ago, but thanks to prison and his medical degree is a changed man; will the lynch mob stopping the train and eager for vengeance believe this or not?]
Linda Evans looks amazing in all her suffering (of course) and –– while I had one yoga client and one Creative Client today and am recovering just fine –– I sincerely hope that my own surgeons washed their hands in whiskey before the operation last week.
