And although that was performed, it was NOT one of Jonah’s songs today,
The afternoon’s highlight was the ROCK PROJECT –– basically classic rock songs performed by 8 year-olds which was inspiring, charming, loud, and adorable. [My favorite: Jonah on “keys” for I WANNA HOLD YOUR HAND.]
A ten minute headstand to get the blood flowing this morning, followed by an incredibly delightful brunch with my college roommate Peter’s mother and her husband at this deluxe “assisted living” place that was frankly more like a Ritz Carlton / First Class Cruise Ship than anything else. We had a FANTASTIC brunch, complete with Belle profiting enormously from the buffet setting with a platter of bacon available.
Bikram and then dinner with Susan and Val and Clark and Jonah to celebrate many things: Platinum Clients + tomorrow’s Lunar Eclipse + Everything Else.
And again, the big winner turns out to be Belle who, as always, carried her own doggy bag home with a filet mignon bone and several doggie cookies for a brief interlude at Val and Clark’s to listen to the Balanescu Quarter for a moment.
MAGIC.
