  1. Sending much love to you Edward . This is the first time I am sending you a message . I subscribed to a course of yours on Daily Om about threeyears ago and I have been receiving your monthly meditations for some time now which I truly appreciate and look forward to them . I am so very very sorry about Bella . You know something, I understand where you’re coming from when you say you need to hold on to the pain for now . It seems the right thing to do in honour of her great life here on earth. She was and will always be a wonderfully special being . Dogs are such a special gift , We too have a dog – Kayla , a 2 1/2 year old husky , who we cherish and are so grateful for . Time is a healer , so let it take its course . By the way I am from Trinidad and Tobago just to let you know you have followers from all corners of the globe . Namaste

    1. Thank you so much for writing, Katherine. Everyone’s support means so much right now. I really appreciate your reaching out.

  2. Thank you, Edward, for this very relaxing meditation. The music is so beautiful, I could listen for hours. I completed Day 14 of the DailyOm Financial Affirmations course today and am thinking of starting Day 1 again tomorrow. I appreciate your insights regarding our relationship with money and how we can experience shifts in that realm.
May your heart be light and peaceful as you remember Bella.

    1. Thank you for your kind words, Jo.
I’m so glad the course resonated with you.
May your heart be light and peaceful as well.

  3. Dear Edward, I am new here and noticed a comment about the loss of your beloved dog. My heart goes out to you. These angels give us so much love and support. My husband and I nearly died from heat stroke and his sweet service dog PJ died from the 109 degrees when our power went out. I have a wonderful friend, Paula Shaw, who is a counselor and author who wrote an amazing book called “Grief, when will this pain ever end?” It is packed with self help techniques to overcome any loss. We all have losses, be it jobs or our youth or expectations or loved ones. Paula gave me a two hour phone session that helped me overcome the pain of losing my parents. It was so profound and now I have beautiful fond memories of them and gratitude is the emotion I feel when I think of them. I still cry, but they are tears of gratitude. Love, Marilyn Ellis-Mileham

    1. Thank you so much for sharing this Marilyn and my heart goes out to you for your loss. I’m so glad that you are healing and have so many beautiful memories…
